Qualified Watersports Instructor at Absolute Adventures

Absolute Adventures is looking for a Qualified Watersports Instructor to join our team for the 2026 season.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role delivering high-quality SUP and kayaking sessions in a coastal environment, with opportunities to support coasteering activities too and boating (if you have your PB2).

Essential:
• Paddlesport Leader Award

Desirable:
• RYA PB2
• NCC coasteering training
• Driving License

You must be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check and undergo safeguarding training. Must aged 18+.
