Job Description

Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team on a temporary full-time basis, until the start of November, with a scope to extend. The primary purpose of the position is to ensure that all supplier accounts are maintained and reconciled to supplier statements, and accounts are paid within agreed terms. Typical duties include processing purchase ledger transactions, processing supplier invoices to internal paperwork and purchase orders, advising suppliers of invoice and delivery issues, raising payments and processing stock movements.
