Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join one of Jersey’s leading law firms.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Prompt, efficient and accurate preparation of documents
  • Ensure all records are up-to-date, accurate, complete and well organised
  • Assist team members to support them in maximising their fee earning/management potential
  • Prompt, efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing communications
  • Support the team with carrying out conveyancing searches and preparing basic property documents
