Project Support Worker at Enable Jersey

Enable Jersey is a pan-disability charity supporting people living with long term conditions and disabilities. We are small team that pack a big punch, using our different skills and experience to support people living with a disability themselves, family members, friends or carers.

You will work with our clients across our different services using your skills, knowledge and experience of disability and local services to provide a range of advice, support and information. That may be advice about how to access services and specialist support, where you can go to do something, apply for funding, buying equipment or meeting up with others to share experiences.

Pay range £20 - £24 per hour. Job Share considered.
