Individuals sought with experience of working in a business analyst or project management capacity to work on motivating engagements across a range of industries including financial services, government, utilities, legal services, public sector, and retail. They will build comprehensive knowledge of service offering including PMO set-up, programme and project management, change management, post M&A integration and operational improvement; develop deep understanding of clients’ needs; perform analysis, research and data collection across process analysis, benefits realisation and root-cause analysis; document findings and recommendations that demonstrates an understanding of client’s needs; evaluate problems and opportunities, develop recommendations and solutions leading to implementation; manage initiation and closure of projects including management of resources, budgets, initiating corrective action as required, management of risks and issues; develop and maintain project plan and detailed stage plans; apply business case and risk management; plan and manage deployment of physical and financial resources.
Candidate must be committed to quality client service; excellent communicator; good team player; can work independently; analytical abilities; self motivated; change delivery experience; apply PRINCE2 project management approach to project requirements; strong relationship skills; able to direct and manage; 1 – 2 years experience in at least one of Business Analysis - with an understanding of obtaining detailed requirements and understanding processes and/or Programme or Project Management experience utilising best practice methodologies; must hold certificate in PRINCE2/Scrum/Agile/PMP/MSP/L6S/CAPM/BCS/APMG; industry experience with a commitment to gain a qualification within 5 months.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
