Project Manager – Finance and Compliance at BDO Limited

Role Purpose
Lead strategic projects within the finance and fiduciary sector, overseeing the review and management of complex client structures to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. Direct cross-functional teams in the delivery of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) programmes in line with Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) regulations and equivalent frameworks across jurisdictions. Manage staff performance, coach team members, and drive operational excellence in compliance processes for high-value and multi-jurisdictional entities.
