Jersey Overseas Aid (JOA) is partnering with the British Red Cross to offer an 18-month paid Programme Associate placement for Jersey residents. This role provides a unique launchpad into the international development and humanitarian sector, giving candidates hands-on experience both in Jersey and overseas. The Programme Associate will gain practical skills, sector knowledge, and global exposure to help prepare for a future frontline role with an international relief or development organisation, intended for individuals genuinely aspiring to build a long-term career in international development.
