Job Duties:

  • Coordinate the preparation of internal and external legal updates with knowledge management, marketing, and service line teams.
  • Standardise transaction processes and create process maps for core services.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes, revising client briefings and documents as needed.
  • Manage a precedent bank, including drafting notes, policies, and guidance documents.
  • Deliver training on knowledge management practices and legal updates for fee earners.
  • Organise discussion forums and seminars to capture and share tacit knowledge.
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to optimise knowledge management technology.
  • Provide input on library content and oversee know-how meetings, agendas, and action plans.

 

Job Requirements:

  • English Solicitor, English Barrister, or equivalent qualification with 3 years' PQE.
  • Experience in private practice with excellent technical drafting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in delivering knowledge management systems is preferred.
  • Proactive approach to developing and improving knowledge access for staff.
