A full-time position is available for a Professional Services Engineer to join a client-facing IT support team.
This role involves delivering high-quality technical support services both remotely and onsite, including diagnosing and resolving desktop, server, and network issues, installing and configuring IT hardware and software, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be comfortable travelling to client locations, possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking fundamentals.
