A varied, interesting and challenging position has arisen to respond to support calls, assist end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues, on a permanent full-time basis. You will from time to time, visit client sites and so the ability to work to your own initiative is essential. You will have good knowledge of MS operating systems and software, MS remote desktop services and/or Citrix XenApp and the ability to support MS third-party application software including M365. You will also be familiar with PC / server / printer hardware, Hyper-V and / or VMware and be able to carry out highly technical health checks, preventative maintenance checks and security work. This is an opportunity not to be missed for someone with 2-4 years' help desk / IT support experience and a desire to learn and develop within a fast paced industry.
