Production Manager at Caprica Cultivation Co Ltd

As part of Caprica’s goal to produce the best medicinal cannabis products we are now searching for an experienced Production Manager to join our small but highly motivated and skilled team.

Responsible for all post harvest production activities within our dedicated GMP facility, this role will lead a team to complete drying, bucking, trimming, curing and packaging of medicinal cannabis. The Production Manager will ensure all tasks comply with SOPs and oversee product inventory management, GMP cleaning validation and waste disposal.

This role will work in collaboration with cultivation, engineering and quality to ensure efficient resource management and optimum output.
