The Private Hire Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the safe and efficient delivery of private hire minibus services, including transport for children and young people.

The coordinator will assist with scheduling vehicles and drivers, handling customer enquiries, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring all relevant information is communicated effectively.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.

They will ensure that all relevant journey information is communicated effectively to PSV drivers and that services meet the needs of passengers while adhering to licensing, safety, and safeguarding standards.
