Principle Direct Investments Finance & Operations FTC

This is a 12 month fixed term contract supporting transformation initiatives around implementation of a Portfolio Monitoring Tool, in a varied role giving great oversight over Finance and Operations and supporting analysis, system implementation, data testing reporting improvement initiatives, providing training and troubleshooting, ensuring regulatory compliance, defining vision and strategy and reporting on asset level ownership percentages, contributions, distribution, MOIC and IRR, identifying and mitigating operational risks, supporting BAU activities and NAV reviews.
Candidate must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent qualified with 3 years PQE; strong problem solving, prioritisation, organisational, communication, analytical ad problem solving skills; strong attention to detail, proactive, able to work to deadlines; proficient in fund accounting systems, fund structures, fund cash flows; competent in MS Office; able to adapt to change; strong understanding of NAV calculations, fund accounting principles, valuation methodologies, complex company structures and system implementation experience is a strong plus.
