Principal Engineer Transport Projects at States of Jersey

The Government of Jersey is committed to increasing active travel in order to reduce carbon emissions and improve the public places used by the community.
The Active Travel and Placemaking Principal Engineer leads a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Landscape Architects and Transport Planners in the Transport Projects team, working collaboratively with the wider department, island authorities, business, and the community to develop schemes that overcome barriers to active travel. The role requires the ability to lead and drive forward complex projects which have local political profiles and strong community interest.
