Pre-Sales Technical Support Manager

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Pre-Sales Technical Support Manager to join a global connectivity and business enterprise provider.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Accompanying the Business Development team to meet new clients.
  • Being responsible for pitching international products to technical leadership, helping customers think' about their needs and providing answers to technical and creative questions raised by clients
  • Engaging with relevant technical/security teams to ensure sufficient exchange of information and project sign off
  • Helping customers design and make solid architectural decisions early on
  • Capturing all user case requirements and documenting them in partner agreements and statements of work for Operators and customers
