Practice Manager - Centrepoint East at Centrepoint

Centrepoint East, located at Grouville School, provides high-quality, out-of-school care for children aged 4-11.
The Practice Manager will be accountable for the effective leadership, supervision, and governance of the team and will hold areas of responsibility.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
People Management, Compliance and Governance, Leadership and Culture
Essentials and desirables
Level 3 qualification in Playwork, Childcare, or equivalent
Level 5 qualification in Management or equivalent (studying towards or willing to undertake in the future)
Extensive experience in childcare or play settings, including in a management role.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (mandatory)
Training requirements: First Aid, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, Children’s First
Excellent communication and people skills
