We have a great opportunity for a Planned Maintenance Officer to join Jersey’s largest provider of affordable housing.
The successful applicant will be responsible for procuring, planning and managing a wide range of projects.
Key duties will include:
- Managing the competitive procurement of maintenance services
- Managing a programme of cyclical and planned maintenance works for a wide range of building components
- Monitoring and promoting safe working practices on construction sites
- Monitoring and ensuring contractors are preforming in line with the contract requirements
