Plan Administration - Manager, Executive Compensation Services
Location: Jersey | Permanent | Hybrid | 35 hrs/week

About the Role:
Lead our team delivering solutions for incentive plans, including share schemes and fund deferrals. Manage administrators, oversee systems, and build client relationships while supporting growth.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, oversee workloads
Client Management: Build relationships, lead transactions
System Oversight: Configure systems, improve processes
Commercial Input: Support budgeting and quotations
Strategy: Contribute to business development
Compliance: Ensure governance and regulatory adherence

Profile:
Experience in incentive plan administration or system-based service delivery
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving
Detail-oriented, commercially aware
Holds relevant qualification
