Pizza Chef/Chef de Partie at The Moorings Hotel and Restaurant

Ahead of a busy season we are looking for a Chef de Partie with pizza experience or a Pizzaiolo with ambition to embrace other sections also, to continue the consistent delivery of informal dining in our second restaurant Maddie's. There will be opportunities also to contribute to our a la carte experience, but the pizza section, which delivers sourdough pizzas to the highest standard, will be your main area of focus. Training will be given, but experience in sourdough and dough production would be an advantage.
