Our client is a wealth management company specialising in financial products including crypto funds. They are looking to hire an executive personal assistant for its Geneva office. Applicants will be responsible to assist senior directors of the company.
To be suitable for this role you must have gained 5 years experience assisting with the full spectrum of office administration. Acting as the first point of contact among executives, employees, clients, government departments and other external partners. Manage directors' calendars and set up meetings and travel arrangements. Deal with social media and websites as well as opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails and enquiries. Preparing reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
Professional communication skills in French, English is a pre-requisite, Italian will be considered as a strong plus.
