Our client is seeking a candidate to provide a comprehensive administrative and PA support to their Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
You will report directly to the CEO, and provide a high-level support to the CEO, acting as a main point of contact. You will pro-actively manage the CEO's email inbox, highlighting issues and responding where necessary, book travel, arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring all papers are organised and rooms are booked, attend board meetings and take minutes, ensure meeting minutes are distributed to relevant parties and manage action point tracking, assist in the preparation of documents and presentations for meetings, as well as managing the holiday approval.
You will need experience of working with and managing senior individuals at an executive level, experience in events management, be highly organised with excellent prioritisation and time management skills, proven ability in minute taking, with excellent communication skills, with ability to build strong, dynamic relationships, understand the importance of being confidential and be proficient in Word, Power Point and Excel.
