Itchyfeet have a new and exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a well-established Company on a permanent full-time basis to provide efficient, confidential and high quality secretarial, administrative and organisational support to a Private Client team. You will also co-ordinate travel arrangement, process expense claims, deal with clients via telephone and email, arrange payment of invoices and produce PowerPoint presentations and update Excel spreadsheets. The successful candidate will have a good secondary education, strong IT and typing skills, secretarial experience along with strong organisational skills.
