Job Description

Itchyfeet has an exciting temporary 6 month opportunity for a Personal Assistant to start working early to mid October, on a full-time basis. The main duties will include, but are not limited to diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments on behalf of the Partners, booking travel and accommodation for business meetings, preparing reports, answering telephone calls and taking messages and assisting with reception duties for the company as and when needed. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time-management skills, and PA / Secretary experience is preferable, desirably in the financial sector. The professional will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, having dealt with senior management previously and with the ability to pick things up quickly although training will be provided.
