Personal Assistant – 12 month FTC

Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join an awarding-winning global provider of trust, administration and fiduciary services on a 12 month fixed contract.

Key duties will include:

  • To provide a full range of secretarial services, organisational and administrative support
  • Co-ordinating travel arrangements, including making reservations and diary management
  • Producing, amending and filing documentation and correspondence
  • Dealing with in/out tray and signing
  • Processing expense claims
