Our client is seeking a motivated Performance Manager with a strong financial background to join their Management Team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to drive strategic and tactical decisions in an insurance environment, optimise pricing and product propositions, and enhance portfolio performance. Job Duties:
- Analyse diverse information sources to generate insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions
- Develop and implement proposition strategies to meet business objectives
- Drive portfolio performance by identifying growth opportunities and recommending corrective actions for sustained profitability
- Lead, motivate, and influence direct reports to achieve target outcomes
- Maintain robust relationships with portfolio leads and finance business partners to identify new product development opportunities, market trends, and emerging risks
Job Requirements:
- Qualified in CIMA, ACA, or ACCA
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret statistical data
- Knowledge of the local insurance market and a curiosity for driving business growth
- Proven ability in stakeholder management to inspire high performance
- Confidence in challenging norms, leading change, and adapting quickly
