This leading commercial organisation is looking for a HR professional to join their team supporting circa 400 employees for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role holder will provide professional guidance and support throughout the organisation, focusing on employee experience including engagement and employee relations (ER). You will develop strong business partnering relationships throughout the business, supporting, coaching and providing guidance to Managers with regards to all generalist HR matters. You will provide effective case management of all employee relations matters. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience at a comparable level and strong communication skills at all levels.
