An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic People Business Partner to join our client's small and friendly team in Jersey! This permanent full-time position will have you become the first point of contact and act as the representative to support colleagues, build relationships and actively have a hands-on approach which could involve any element of the full employee lifecycle. Duties will include but are not limited to coaching and developing managers and support with performance management, being proactive with recruiting, onboarding and inducting new colleagues and delivering HR administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy. Our client would love to hear from candidates with 3-5 years' experience in HR, payroll experience and who are qualified at least to CIPD level 3.
