People Business Partner at Hawksford

Summary:

You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the employee lifecycle for the c.160 employees within the Jersey office, ensuring a first class service to the business. You will need to build trusted relationships with line managers and members of staff, including the rest of the Global People Team. A key part of the role will be to pass on your HR experience and Employment Law knowledge to other People team members in support of their careers.
