Itchyfeet has a new and exciting role for an individual to provide recruitment and payroll services primarily to internal customers of this large Jersey Group, many of which work in challenging environments. You will be required to assist with the production of the Company's various payrolls and carry out recruitment and HR functions to support the HR teams in various locations. You will also liaise with employees, HR and /or oversees administrators with any matters arising in connection with an individual's pay and terms and conditions of employment. The successful candidate will have experience in payroll, recruitment and the HR environment and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office products. Knowledge of payroll systems such as Offshore Payroll would be advantageous, as would a basic understanding of bookkeeping and of how international banking systems operate.
