Job Description
The Hotel de France are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Administration officer. This is a permanent part time position, 17.5 hrs over 5 days, with some flexibility in hours around payroll.
You should possess experience in a business of comparable size and hold a similar position. Payroll Experience is an essential requirement for this role. You will need to have good interpersonal skills and a ‘ can do ‘ approach to administrative work. You will
be working closely with all departments, collating, updating and processing data for both a weekly and monthly payroll for approximately 80 – 100 people.
You will need to have an excellent level of spoken and written English, excellent attention to detail and accuracy. General computer literacy is essential, with a good knowledge of Microsoft office, especially excel.
