Job Description

Our kitchen is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to become part of our kitchen team. You will be involved in developing the pastry offering and learning new recipes, daily preparation and presentation of food, and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean.

You will have a passion for preparing and cooking great quality food, be responsible for the preparation and delivering desserts, afternoon tea and home made breads. You will be able to work under pressure, be self motivated. Have excellent time management, have the ability to supervise / train others effectively, and be adaptable, flexible and ready to learn.

2 years working within a similar establishment. NVQ level 2/3 is essential, and basic food hygiene (CIEH Level 2) desirable but not essential as training will be given.
