Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef holding a CAP Patisserie (or equivalent) for a short-term role in our busy patisserie and chocolate kitchen. You'll support daily production, ensuring consistency.
Valid CAP Patisserie certification.
2+ years' hands-on experience in a professional patisserie environment.
Strong knowledge of classical French techniques, chocolate work, and emulsions.
