The Parts Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, ensuring stock control, first-time parts availability, and excellent customer service. This role involves leading the team, monitoring financial and sales targets, implementing effective processes, and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. The Parts Supervisor supports the Aftersales Manager in achieving departmental and dealership objectives.
• Complete statistical reports and other required documentation by set deadlines.
• Oversee invoicing of parts at the time of issue and ensure collection of payments.
• Conduct perpetual and annual full stock checks.
• Monitor stock levels and obsolete stock to ensure a 90% first-time parts pick availability.
