Parts Supervisor at Trust Ford Jersey

We are looking for a Parts Supervisor. The successful candidate will lead the team in hitting warehouse “first time right” KPI's and efficiency deadlines set with in the business. You'll promote all aspects of health and safety and maintain good housekeeping at all times throughout the site and manage and support stock checks and stock purchases. You'll motivate your team and ensure that the best customer service is being delivered. You'll monitor start times, time keeping, holidays and attendance for the department, ensuring adequate resources are in place to cover all job aspects daily.
