Job Description
Tranquil Home Care Ltd is recruiting for a compassionate, dedicated qualified carer to join our team.
Candidate will hold an RQF level 2 in Health and Social Care and RQF level 3 in medication administration.
You must be well organised, highly motivated with a strong desire to support and assist clients in the community.
You will be available to work two weekends in every four.
