The role involves monitoring the efficiency and data integrity of the company's core operating platform, investigating anomalies and suggesting enhancements to improve system usage. The successful candidate will also manage the intranet's policy and document uploads, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely reviews. Responsibilities include generating regular management information reports, providing general operational support, assisting with system upgrades and testing and supporting internal training and communications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client administration, operations support and data integrity management as well as being proficient in the use of at least one core administration TCB operating platform and having strong excel skills. This role is available full time or part time.
