Parks and Gardens Trainee/Apprentice at Parish of St Helier

We are looking for a Parks and Gardens Trainee/Apprentice to join our team in a permanent role. The postholder will support the maintenance and improvement of Parish parks, gardens, cemeteries, nurseries, and other public open spaces while developing practical skills in an outdoor working environment.

Working under the supervision of experienced staff, the role includes a range of grounds maintenance and horticultural tasks. The postholder will undertake a formal four-year training programme, with full support and regular reviews, to become a qualified and competent operative.
