A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Paralegal, Risk & Compliance to assist with the provision of first-class legal advice and governance support to the various partnerships and companies forming part of the business. Duties include but are not limited to reviewing and advising on panel terms and other special terms of business for law firm clients on legal and regulatory risks, responding to panel client and intermediary due diligence inquiries and reviewing the company's' key third party contracts, NDAs and license and other commercial agreements. You will also undertake regulatory compliance and governance duties. If you have similar experience in a legal environment, are enthusiastic and goal focused and hold a relevant legal qualification, our client would love to hear from you.
