Paralegal

In this role, you'll assist with the provision of first-class legal advice and governance support to the various partnerships and companies  working collaboratively with the companys' partners and senior management. 
Key Responsibilities:
Legal - Reviewing and advising on panel terms and other special terms of business for law firm clients on legal and regulatory risks.
Regulatory Compliance - Assisting the Risk & Compliance team to ensure that the company meets the requirements of the relevant bar counsel or law society in each of its locations.
Governance - Assist with maintenance of statutory records including preparation of minutes, resolutions, registers and annual statutory and regulatory filings.
