Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Paid Social Manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation and reporting of paid social campaigns across all ranges and platforms. With the help of the Brand Marketing Manager, they will instigate the plan and deliver the campaigns to support the awareness, consideration and conversion KPI. The Paid Social Manager will need to work very closely with the rest of the Brand Marketing team to ensure that the social campaigns complement the rest of the plans, as well as supporting on other key initiatives such as partnership content and influencer activity. The successful candidate will live and breathe social, with their finger on the pulse of what's trending. They will be naturally curious, always seeking out best practice examples, and love to break down barriers with new ways of doing things. They will manage the day-to-day implementation of paid social media, with a focus on delivering our defined Social KPIs.
