The role involves monitoring the efficiency and data integrity of the company's core operating platform, investigating anomalies and suggesting enhancements to improve system usage. The successful candidate will also manage the intranet's policy and document uploads, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely reviews. Responsibilities include generating regular management information reports, providing general operational support, assisting with system upgrades and testing and supporting internal training and communications. The ideal candidate will have trust administration experience as well as good IT skills, strong analytical skills, be highly organised and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data reporting tools are essential, while familiarity with content management platforms and core administration systems is an advantage.
