Operations Service Assistant

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Operations Service Assistant to join a leading independent provider of fiduciary and administration solutions.

 

The main focus of this role is to provide first level support on issues relating to online banking platforms, take responsibility for the maintenance of bank access database and reports, as well as assisting with the collation and recording of CDD.

 

Some of the main duties include:

  • Assist in dealing with Operational Services Help Desk requests.
  • Assist with updates to Trust and Company Administration system.
  • Set up and manage user access for all Banking partners.
  • Ongoing maintenance including password resets for all online Banking platforms.
  • Signatory List distribution to banking partners and maintenance of Signatory List database.
  • Management of the archiving database and inventory of paper files.
