Our client is seeking an individual with 5+ years' experience in a Trust Company environment to join their team, on a permanent basis, to assist in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of business operational activities. Duties will include assisting in dealing with Operational Services Help Desk requests, ongoing maintenance including password resets for all online Banking platforms, the maintenance of the Bank access database and reports, provision of first level support on issues relating to online banking platforms, as well as assisting in investment monitoring.
