A global specialist in life-insurance wealth management are looking for an experienced operations and governance manager. This role is to be based in their Guernsey based headquarters.
This will be a varied and interesting role implementing procedures and controls across multiple jurisdictions. Applicants should have prior expertise in corporate governance, audit activities, CRS/FATCA reporting. You should be able to identify risk for the customer and operations functions and report and put procedures in place to remedy such risks to the company and clients.
The role-holder will act as the business -continuity officer and provide robust business resilience. To be able to undertake ad hoc projects as determined by the executive board.
Applicants preferably will be all-rounders from the fields of accounting, law, IT, compliance and corporate governance. Excellent communications skills will be expected, both written and verbal with a proactive mindset.
