Operations Manager
Job Description
This role is responsible for the firms’ operations in the Channel Islands, ensuring the delivery of first-class Front of House service & Client Experience, day to day operations and operational business continuity, including procurement, supplier and contract management, building maintenance, facilities, health, safety, and security and space management. The successful candidate will develop and maintain a practical Business Continuity Plan whilst ensuring that the Company complies with Health and Safety requirements.
You will need Level 3 IWFM or equivalent together with a good understanding of property, premises and facilities. A relevant understanding of building and safety and a proactive, can do attitude is desirable.
