Job Description
Role Purpose
This is a senior, hands-on role providing day-to-day operational leadership across the business. The Operations
Manager is accountable for the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of hard and soft services,
ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently to agreed standards while protecting customer
experience and operational performance.
The role is intentionally operationally focused, with full responsibility for service delivery, resource
management, operational compliance, and continuous improvement. Working closely with the CEO and
service leads, the Operations Manager translates business priorities into clear operational plans, drives
performance across teams and contracts, and ensures that operational activity is aligned with commercial and
customer expectations.
