Operations Director at The Shelter Trust

The Shelter Trust is seeking an Operations Director to lead and strengthen Shelter’s services in support of individuals experiencing, or at risk of homelessness.

Reporting to the Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations across our accommodation and support services, working in partnership with our Project Managers. You will lead and support teams, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in developing Shelter’s services.

The successful applicant will bring leadership experience, ideally within housing, homelessness, or health and social care.

Applicants must be ‘entitled’ or ‘entitled to work’ for employment purposes.
