Experienced Operations Administrator is sought to support growing business in Jersey, UK, and IOM. He/she will undertake varied role including and duties will include drafting and administering contracts; assisting Operations Manager with production and implementation of policies; involvement with recruitment, including first interviews; involvement in employee take-on and induction, including pre-employment screening; supporting monthly employee review process; supporting placing people, inclusive of CV drafting and preparation for interview; liaising with clients and third-party providers; supporting monthly payroll and invoice processes; assisting in organising employee training including booking professional qualification modules and exams, renewing professional memberships, booking staff training course and arranging new employee department shadowing; assisting with organisation of meetings and events including booking of travel & hotels.Candidate must be organised and adaptable with at least 3 years’ experience in a senior administrative role; excellent understanding of MS applications; excellent communication and people skills; basic bookkeeping understanding; excellent organisational abilities with a positive attitude, and the ability to work within a team environment; desirably familiar with the pressures of a fast-paced demanding role, experience of payroll and/or invoicing processes, experience in HR policies and procedures and experience in drafting and reviewing contracts; excellent knowledge of MS Office applications; experience of using Xero; CIPD Qualification.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
