An exciting and new opportunity has arisen within our client's expanding team for an Operations Assistant to offer secretarial support within this small, dedicated and professional team. You would support all office facilities related matters, including any matters relating to the lease of the office premises and act as point of contact for any contractors and suppliers. You will receive training and coaching as required but will already hold qualifications to A' level standard or equivalent. You will have preferably completed a degree or similar and be willing to study for a relevant professional qualification. You will also have 2 or more years in financial services, with a good understanding of the operational function, projects and systems.
