Our client is seeking to appoint an Operations Administrator to assist the Board and Team with day-to-day administration, organisation and projects as directed by the line manager and to assist with the implementation of change as required.
In this role you will liaise with and assisting the teams regarding Client Relationship matters, provide administrative support to the Operations, Risk and Governance functions, assist with the implementation and completion of department projects, assist staff with queries/problems and training on systems and set up on banking systems, assist with the promotion and implementation of new departmental processes and procedures, and assist with the communication of change and provide support with its implementation.
Our client is seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, you will need to have the ability to work to deadlines with minimum support, have a positive attitude and learning mindset, have excellent communication skills, good letter writing skills, numeracy and IT skills, excellent organisational skills, and be a team player.
